THE FOUNDATIONAL PACKAGE
0. 30 min. Prep Talk
We’ll talk about your emotional issues and spiritual/professional goals.
1. 1 hr session: Pure EFT
This is about your core negative feelings and blockages. We’ll explore the painful “theme of your life” and tap on everything that comes up, including childhood memories. If you don’t know how to do EFT, I will teach you within minutes.
2. 1-1.5 hr session: The Story
Developing the mythic, metaphorical tale of your life while tapping on the barriers and real life memories that come up. This session will end with finding your true home, your inner sanctuary.
3. 1 hr session: Going Deeper
Fleshing out (so to speak) and anchoring your Soul Person in your energy mind plus learning how to put your inner sanctuary to creative use.
